Check out Terry's MMC Calculator at the link below. Despite the higher
price, you
may find that the .056uF caps are the most economical. I recall that I tried
several different caps before realizing that the .056nF caps are the best
bang for
the buck (and I believe that Terry still has a few -at-$1.45 each!). Also,
space may
be an issue....

(I think that you need to modify the BASIC code to use .010uF caps).
