MMC cap questions

Hello everyone, 
I plan on building a MMC and was wondering how I would determine how many caps
I will need per string I plan on using a 12kV transformer the caps I am 
looking at buying are Panasonic ECWH(V) series .01uF 1.6kVDC ($0.77ea./100 
from DigiKey).
I am assuming that once I have figured the amount of caps per string all I 
need to do
is simply parallel the strings until I get the right capacitance,am I 
assuming  correctly?
