Hi coilers!

On a capacitor out of a microwave oven I've found:

		WV 2400 VAC, TV 10 kVDC

I assume, that WV means working voltage ( = rated voltage?), but 
what's TV? Could you please help me?

BTW: The cap has got an integrated discharge resistor and the 
rectifier diode is integrated as well!
