teslameter? what is it?

Hey everyone,
I came across an item for sale on Ebay called a Teslameter. Unfortunatly there
is not much of a description. I was just curious as to wether it has anything
to do with Tesla coils. It may be a great instument for measuring an operating
coil? Here's the link

spend any more money on my coil until at least next winter, but for everyone
else, this guy sells lots of great stuff. He usually has two auctions running
for 15uf 660vac PFC caps, 5 for $10. He must have lots of 'em. He also often
sells variacs from tiny to huge. Also vacuum/blower units for $20. Check out
this cool voltage divider with two nice toroids!
