New Capacitors - Useful?

At a recent auction (as mentioned in a previous post) I was fortunate
enough to be the high bidder on a lot of 10 high voltage capacitors. They
are GE brand Dielektrol capacitors w/ Internal Discharge Resistors.

Six of them are rated as follows:
2.95 uF,	4,800 V,	1 PH,	25 KVAR,	60 Hz
They have two big insulators on either end coming from the top.

The other four are rated as follows:
.25 uF, 13800 V,	60 Hz
They have one big insulator on one end, coming from the top.

Would these be useful in any form of Tesla Coil Duty?
