The cost is not that high if you use the same construction technique
employed by Greg L. and others. A series of 1 inch dia copper tubing joined
with silver solder.
Again -- you need a lot of money for a project this size. The costs for
caps alone is going to be enormous. Not to mention crane time at around
$200 per hour.
