Hi Richard...
considering that your top load is a "round ball" the heat eminated from the
existing streamers eventually cause an updraft which will cause the ozone and
conductive gasses surrounding the top load to "pull" the streamers into a
"candle flame" like streamer. eventually the gasses surounding the top load
will begin to breakdown and again the streamers will begin to eminate from
the sides of the ball...
