Hi there
    If you are already planning on wrapping the form in Fiberglass, why don't 
you just use the tank as a mold and make a fiberglass only form? The 
advantages to this are:
    a) the tank is reusable,
    b) moisture won't be a problem
    c) cosmetic(paint, dirt, etc) blemishes on your form won't be a prolem 
either
    d) If you need a longer winding lenth than you can get from th tank only, 
you can make two fiberglas forms and join them.
