Re: maxing out a 4" coil
Try raising your sec coil up a few 1/4 inch segments. Go as high as 3-4
inches above the primary in 1/4 inch steps. By tuning your coeff. of
coupling sometimes you can gain 3-4 inches of spark or more. Going to a 60
mA xmfr should also increase your performance. No, you can't overpower it.
