Distilled water does not stay that way long; use of T-314 stainless steel is
the usual recomended material. Certain patents such as Purahich 4,394,230
suggest that a unipolar impulse is obtained at 5000 hz which makes the water
capacitor like a diode where current only travels in one direction. A lot of
problems in using water as a dielectric in a tesla primary: like doc says
forget it HDN
