MMC Good cap/Bad cap list

Hi All,

In light (or dark) of Garry's MMC problem, I am starting a list of known
good and bad MMC caps.  It is at:

I would like to ask every one with an MMC for information for this list.
If you have a known good type of MMC cap you are actually using in a Tesla
coil and are sure they are good or if you have tried some you know are bad,
please let me know the following:

Manufacturer, part number, where purchased, voltage, and value.

Such a list will help us quickly look up cap information without having to
dig though websites and data sheets over and over.  Also, if any caps that
"look" good but are really dogs, we can pin them down here.

Thanks a bunch!  This should really help those in search of caps!

Also, I am especially interested in Cornell Dubilier 940C series caps (not
the 942C).  These are the ones Garry had so much trouble with...
