One way might be to add something such as "nospam_" in
front of the email address. That would make
"yurtle_t-at-yahoo-dot-com" become
"nospam_yurtle_t-at-yahoo-dot-com" List members would
understand to remove the "nospam_" to get the email
address, while automated email address harvesters will
get an unworking email address. I've also heard most
harvesters ignore all email addresses with the word
"spam" in them.

Just a suggestion.
