A lot depends on the height you are cramming that number of 
turns into. If it is small, the wire will be small and the 
losses may be unacceptably high. It will also be a pig to 
wind. If your primary has few turns (i.e. there is a high 
transformation ratio) you will probably get larger sparks 
flashing over the windings than leaping out from the top 
terminal.
