Cheap Cap Meter

C&S sales has a cheap Chinese DMM with a cap function for $39.95, their
Elenco Model M-1740.  I bought one of these and it works just fine.  I've
compared it with a very nice Fluke 87, and the cheap meter gave readings
identical to the Fluke on several functions, including voltage, ohms,
current, and capacitance.  This is a "cheapie" meter, make no mistake about
it, but it is probably adequate for the amateur / hobbyist.
