220 VAC across the two outer most lugs.  Ignore the center lug.  Attach the
ground (in the 220 line) to the case stud.  Run your series power reactor in
series with either of the 220 lines feeding the outer most lug.

Don't ever work on it plugged in as someone else on the list recently did
with a NST.  With the pig, death is certain if you goof.
