You will get shocked if your TIG machine has a HF stabilizer, which is
essentially a small tesla coil circuit that puts a HV HF signal across the
torch to workpiece to make the arc strike through air.  Looks just like a
TC circuit, spark gap, RF ceramic cap, inductor.....
