The "beehive" things are insulators. Those larger ones are the HV leads. There
should be one on each side of the transformer. Those would connect to the neon
tube, in our case they connect to the paimary tank circuit.
The two smaller connections are the LV leads for the 110V or whatever the
transformer is rated for.
The one that is just comming out of the case is the ground. Connect it to earth
ground (NOT the 3rd wire on the outlet) along with the center points of the
saftey gaps and the secondary coil ground. The transformer will work without
this connected, but I would recomend you connect it as it's a saftey measure to
prevent the HV from getting onto the case. For stuff other then a TC, you can
connect this to the 3rd wire on the outlet if you wish. Putting a coil ground
on the building ground line can create all kinds of problems, it's best to
avoid them and build your own grounding system. Just go to the hardware store
and buy a grounding rod.
