MOT rating and de-rating for power and current

More on the subject of MOT current.  My original approach was all wrong, too
complex, and inconclusive.

After reading the SAM'S book, practical inverter design for power
converters, I've come to the following:

Correct max RMS current rating has little to do with the line fuse in this
equation.  The correct "safe" operating maximum RMS current has more to do
with the hysteresis loop and the relation of the hysteresis loop to the
saturation (Bsat) flux density and the area (Aw) of the copper in the
