Not stupid at all:

Power (watts) = Volts * Amps
Resistance  (ohms) = Volts/ Amps

Handy mnemonic  E
		--------
		I   |  R
Eagle sits over Indian and River
E  = I * R
I = E / R
R = E/ I

Same for power:

		  P
		--------
		E |  I

P = E*I
E = P/I
I = P/E
