doorknob caps are generally a short squat white or cream colored cylinder,
any where from an inch to 3 inches in diameter and an inch or two long. They
often have a tapped hole in each end, or a solder lug.  Try looking for
Ceramite's web site (perhaps http://www.ceramite-dot-com/ ), as they are a
manufacturer of these. Also, RF parts in San Marcos CA carries them and may
have a picture or drawing on their web site.
