This note is to anyone on the list using WinTesla.

I have received a notice from:

Solicitors

Stating that I was infringing on software copyrights from a company called
NOKIA in Finland, since they also have a program called wintesla for testing
mobile phones.  They thought at first that I was giving away pirate versions
of their software, but figured out after a few Emails that I wasn't, and
called off their dogs...so to speak.

Anyway, if you see ads for wintesla 5.xx that seem to be on phone/hacker
related sites, it is not my WinTesla, and has nothing to do with Tesla coils.

If you have a version of my software avail. for download on your web site, you
may want to remove it and just link to my site
http://members.aol-dot-com/rscopper/index.htm or directly at
http://members.aol-dot-com/wintesla/wintesla.exe so these guys won't think you are
violating their copyright also.

The next version will probably have a new name (like NotNokiaWinTesla) !!
