Nikola Tesla was born precisely at midnight between July 9th and 10th, 1856
in Croatia, near border of Yugoslavia.
Here's a couple of possiblities for syncronizing our time:
Use midnight Croatia Time
Use GMT (Greenwich Mean Time ) also known as Zulu.
Some other agreed upon geographic midnight.
