No!!!  Completely different stuff.  Mineral spirits are extremely
volatile and flammable.  You don't want this in your caps.

Go to the laxative section any drug store or supermarket, they sell
USP mineral oil in 16 oz bottles, just buy a bunch of them.  And try not
to look constipated.
