For more exact details on tuning and experiments you might ask Bill Wysock.
 Bill did all of Golkas tuning and technical work --- that is before Golka
threatened Bill's wife and is now considered persona non grata in at least
two HV labs in this country.  Golka was not capable of electrical
engineering technical work as he only attended a Mass college for 1 1/2 yrs
and does not have any technical degree of any type --- at least none that
is capable of being verified.

The Air Force was only charging him $1.00 per year rental on the large
hanger.  His squabble wasn't with the Air Force --- the locals literally
ran him out of the town of Wendover, Utah.  Their input caused the AF to
revoke this rental agreement.
