There were some questions posted as to the availability of the Wells LU800 Ignition Coil used in the Popular Electronics Tesla coil. Wells is still in business. The LU800 coils are still available. The problem is they are not primarily a automobile ignition coil. The listed applications are for farm tractors. "Blaine's Farm and Fleet" store had three in stock as of 12/29. Jim Whitmore
