i have my eye on some caps in a catalog, they are HV ceramic caps, 3Kv -at- 
100pF. i was wondering if i could use them for the MMC i am planning to 
build, and if i would have to put a resistor in parrallel with them; and if 
so, what value? i am planning to use 159 caps.
