Careful with those transparency sheets, They might be polystyrene or
Mylar.
You can check the RF dissipation by putting a small sample in a microwave
oven. If It gets warm it is no good for a cap. I would stick to the PE if I
where you. The foil sounds fine, if you have it too thick you get air gaps
when you put it together. Hope this helps.
