The power throughput can be increased by raising the break-rate.  The
question is; will a high break rate with a small cap, equal the 
performance using low break rate, with a large cap, assuming equal
power input in both cases.  In all cases, I've found the overall
"efficiency" to be much lower in the high break rate mode.  I've 
posted my results on the list over the last year or so regarding my
tests in this area.  But I'm still researching the issue.  I've run up to
900 BPS in some tests.
