I'm not quite sure, but I think that you'd blow it.  The insulation on
the wire in a 7.5 KV NST is simply not meant to handle 15KV.  Also, power
is conserved in a transformer, so I think you'd only get 15 mA, but it
really doesn't matter, because something would just burn and that would
be it.
