A new 15,000 volt/30 mA NST is $110.00

Wire them in series, or to keep the same capacitance
as the original "one", wire two in series, in
parellel...watch below:

Series (Max voltage is added, capacitance decreses):
-----in----(Cap)---(Cap)---------out------

Parellel (Cap. increases, voltage stays the same)

         |-----(cap)----+
         | |
----in---+ +--------out
         | |
         | |
         +-----(cap)----+

Series parallel (characteristics of both)

Just parallel strings of series caps. (I'm to lazy to
draw a diagram)

Also, all of this information is in math.txt and the
instructions for rolled PE-caps.
