The really heavy stuff is a restaurant commodity. This stuff is thick
enough
to administer a cut if handled incorrectly. Check your yellow pages for
restaurant suppliers. Make sure you ask for "heavy duty" foil. If none are
available (most operate out of major cities and have large minimum orders
for
delivery.), then check with your favorite restaurant and ask about ordering
some. The only down side is it comes in BIG (moderately expensive) rolls -
about 10 lbs. On the up side, it is strong enough to make shallow pans so
if
you wanna make some chili after you melt out your NST on your gas grill,
you can
do so in a foil pan.
