I've just found another UK catalogue listing for HV poly caps
Electronic Services in Harlow (the company formerly known as  STC,
ESD,FES and now apparently Arrow Catalogue!) 01279 626777. They take
card orders if they're over about UKP25..

Wima FKP1 polyprop film caps - says they're designed for pulse & High
