Kevin,
Heavy duty aluminum foil is much better than flashing. It's cheaper,
easier to use, and the caps are smaller, easier to deal with. I made 3
.033 uF caps using heavy duty foil (wired in series). They are great -
never any problems with them, I only wish I had built them first instead
of wasting time on glass caps.
