Jeff,
We had an extensive discussion, not too long ago on this subject.
Not to put you off, but you will find more answers in the archives.
In short, I don't know of anyone who has had the resources to 
quantitate the output of EM radiation across the spectrum at any
resolution close to a graph. Some have exposed the spark gap to
x-ray film without any considerable exposure of the film; I can't
remember the kV across the gap off hand. 

The x-ray emitted, as you may recall, will be no higher in frequency
than the kV potential through which the electrons are accellerated
through. Although any photon with more than 15 eV (<800 angstroms)
[i.e. "hard UV"] is considered ionizing radiation (the stuff that causes
cancer;) air absorbs so much of the radiation above this level and the
processes are so inefficient that any significant exposure
requires that the max kV be substantially higher than the kV of the 
highest intensity part of the emission.

list if you wish.
