You would design them just like a secondary coil, using the Wheeler equation.
L(uH) = R^2*N^2/(9*R + 10*B).
I cranked out two possiblilites using 24g wire.  For a 3 inch diam core, you
would need 1025 turns and for a 4 inch diameter core, you would need 617
turns.
