(Not really a Tesla related question ... )

I grabbed a couple of used disposable cameras and removed the photo 
flash caps from them a while ago (nice sound when i discharged them with
a screwdriver...)
Now i wonder: How dangerous is the shock from these?
They're rated 330V / 162uF.
