i unpotted a 12kv neon and removed all shunts all it was was a secondary
then primary then another secondary with only a few layers of winding
missing on a straight bar
no shunts at all i plugged it in and it didnt get the plug wire hot. the
primary and secondaries got pretty hot tho
lessee here thats a 100 x multiplier so the unlimited secondary current
would be less than .15 amps cause my breakers trip at 15. i need some
measurement gear
