a while ago i believe someone remarked that if you could run a kitchen
appliance off one hot leg of an outlet and your ground its a good
ground.
btw theres a fire hydrant in front of my house (you can see it coming)
would running some galvanized guy wire a foot under ground from my coil
to this be a good ground
legally or illegally i dont care i just wanna know. it seems youd be
hooking up to the whole water hydrant main accross town which would make
for a good ground.
