Yes indeed!  You can just solder a banana plug on the end, and the
socket can be a piece of plexi into which you've drilled a hole to fit
the length of the dielectric of the coax, with a female banana jack at
the back of the chunk of plastic.  A friend of mine made connectors like
this for his home-built CO2 laser power supply (~15kVDC), and they work
beautifully.

Remember, that's a _DC_ rating.  You want 40-50KVDC wire for 15KVAC
NST's, in my experience.

Which stuff is a pleasure to use, BTW, as it's usually quite flexible
unless the TV is really old.
