The "X-ray man" out at my warehouse has lots of high voltage insulating oil
that he would sell to anyone needing it. (San Francisco) Also I have lots of
60kv caps full of costor oil good for making your own caps. I have not tried
to drain one to see how much oil but should be lots since they are about 250
pounds each.
