RE: Rotary Sync Gap/Sync LED?



I am a little concerned that the line voltage and the actual output peak of
the transformer may not be in phase.  I think one needs to use the actual
cap voltage as the source of the timing signal.  I have flourescent lights
in the room so I can kind of see where the gap is at but the lights do not
quite give the best spot.  The voltage probe will be up in a few days but I
am going to look into the cheap timing light idea too.
