I know that doing this will kill the neon, and the cap alot faster,
but they all die anyway right? heh...

Anyways, I wanted the primary tank circuit voltage to get as high 
as possible for the voltage on the secondary to be at its highest.
I started around one inch apart and move the eletrodes slowly 
together until it arced continously.
