Bill,
Just wanted to say I am extremely envious! Especially since I'm from
California (born and raised) but now living in MN. But, the weather is
much more "wild" in MN <grin>. Makes up for my real home in some small
way. I just read your post regarding your sale. Wow, I wish I were
there. I just got back on the pc tonight after suffering without power
due to a lightning strike last Saturday to a power pole during an
incredible storm (took out the 375kva xfmr on the pole, but went with a
wimper vs. the normal bang). Also watched a tree fall in the back yard
about 1 minute prior to the lightning strike <huge tree><very cool><no
one hurt>. Of course, after the strike, I was without power ALL week.
Let me tell your first hand, electricity isn't something to take for
granted. You aught to see the pole. Looks like someone took a shotgun to
the top of it. Anyway, I'm back on the pc again, but my modem is
seriously suffering (I unfortunately didn't unplug the line prior to the
strike - it took me 40 minutes to connect tonight).

Thanks for posting the sale. Hey, if you have any goodies left after the
sale, you might want to post them (or some of them) to the list.

Good luck with sale Bill,
Bart
