Hello,
The capacitance is now .01uF. I am also building a propper torroid!

Can I make this from an old bycicle wheel that is all plastic. It is the
correct diameter acording to the Teslac program....so can I just coat this
with aluminium now???? Will this work as a good base for the torroid? Ive
never tried this before!
