I am very interested in hearing how a coil would come out with something that big driving it. 15KV -at- 300A = 4.5MW (Mega Watts) requiring approximately 9000 horse power generator to drive the transformer. Most diesel trains only have 3000 to 5000 horse power. Are you sure that it really has that much output?
If so you have one big cap to build about 53UF at 30KV minimum.

be ok for a tesla coil? because i might be getting one
no it is not milliamps it is amps and i have to get a special generator
to run it
