Take the cheapest one available in crystalline form. Dilute it with water
to get a suitable solution. Liquids are very expensive and some of the
grades you listed was a reference standard. (Would probably have
cost you at least 1000 time the money a commercial toroid costs
to use that one :) Technical grade is ok for the job.
List archives may have some info for you. I think about 6-12 month
back there was a lot of talk about electroplating.
