Staco 5210 hookup?

Alan,

Pin 1 = common.
Pins 2 and 4 = inputs.
Pin 3 = output (wiper).
Pin 5 = common for CCW operation.

With 120v input across pins 1 and 2, the output is 0 -140V.
With 120v input across pins 1 and 4, the output is 0 - 120V.

Hook a lightbulb across pins 1 and 3. The light bulb should vary in
brightness with wiper movement (an easy way to check if it is good).
