Your real limiting factor here is the 45 ma charging current for the caps
which means you can only run approx .004 MFD of capacitance in the primary
tank circuit and this also means your sec. terminal can not be very large.
Would suggest a 3 or 4 inch dia sec coil with approx 800-900 turns of #28
AWG. Use 2-3 series primary gaps with a small blower (150 CFM).
