I need some opinions out there on what type of electrodes to use on an
upcoming rotary. It consists of a 3450 R.P.M. induction motor spinning a 12"
aluminum disk with a phenolic center for electrical isolation. The power
handling will be in the 10+ kW range and the stationary electrodes will be
3/8" tungsten tipped, but any ideas on what to use for the 10 spinning
electrodes other than tungsten? Thought about 3/8 to 1/2" dia. brass rod,
any suggestions?
Thanks
