This is the _essential_ difference between a TC optimized for
max Vout, and one optimized for the longest streamers!
Virtually all TC builders want to optimize spark length.
Therefore the designer should configure the TC to properly
incinerate the air, rather than to just produce the maximum voltage.
Rep rate is just as important as Vout. <150BPS is insufficient.
